PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization

The Golden Door Charter School PTO is a 501(c)(3) 509(a)(2) non-profit group run by parent volunteers aiming to support Golden Door Charter School students through fundraising, mainly the Wildcats Fund, which relies on all parents' involvement to thrive.

What is our goal

We work with school staff to help our students and families with programs and resources.We dedicate our time and effort to Golden Door by volunteering and organizing programs and events.We engage in various fundraising initiatives to provide financial support for a wide range of programs and activities that enhance the educational and social experience of every student within the school community.

PTO membership is available to everyone interested in school events and helping Golden Door Charter School.

You have the flexibility to become a member at any point throughout the school year. Once you sign up for the annual PTO membership, it will be valid from early August to late June of the following year. The majority of parents and faculty tend to enroll within the initial months of the academic session.
